Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Ufanzo does with information collected through this website.
Information we collect
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, company and message you choose to provide. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or any other sensitive information through this website, and you should not send them to us this way.
How we use it
Information you submit is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver the services you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for advertising purposes.
Analytics
This site loads Google Tag Manager, which may place cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring site and device type. That data is processed by Google under its own terms. You can block it with your browser's cookie controls or a tracker-blocking extension; the site works normally without it.
Third parties
The website is served as static files from a content delivery network, whose provider necessarily processes your request in order to deliver the page. If the contact form is enabled, submissions are relayed by an email delivery provider. These providers process data on our behalf in order to operate the site.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is relevant to a live or prospective engagement. You can ask us to delete the information you submitted by calling us using the Call Now button on any page, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page.
